DESCRIPTION

This product is a wadding material specially impregnated with the chemicals required to clean and polish the reflector surfaces of GEW UV lampheads. A clean reflector will help maintain both the curing performance and the energy efficiency of the system.  Consequently, your energy consumption and your material wastage will be minimised.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The Reflector-Brite product is simple to use, as follows:

• Ensure the lamphead is cool to the touch.
• Remove the cassette from the lamphead to reveal the reflector.  In order to allow access to the reflector surfaces, remove the quartz glass filter (if fitted) and the lamp.
• Using this reflector cleaner wadding, buff the reflector to a shine and finish off with a clean lint-free cloth.

Notes:
For sensitive skin or prolonged use, wear rubber gloves. Do not use this product on the UV lamp as it may leave deposits which can cause hot-spots and reduce the lamp life.
