IsoCure - Design & Integration
As well as the engineering detail of the UV itself, correct integration with the user’s machinery and production environment is also of crucial importance. |
MOUNTING FRAMES & BRACKETRY
| As the backbone of any installation, all mounting assemblies are 3D solid modelled in GEW’s design department to suit the machine they are destined for. This ensures when the system arrives on site it fits the machine perfectly every time. | Design |

LIGHT SHIELDING | ||
![]() Design |
| This is a key factor in operator safety, and as a result receives great attention to detail during the design phase. 3D modelling is again used to so ensure appropriate shielding is supplied for every machine we fit to. |
HEAT MANAGEMENT |
| Most substrates require a degree of support and thermal protection as they pass under the lamp. As well as fitting IsoCure directly to a press’ chill roller, GEW can also integrate its own chill rollers or heatsinks into the lampheads. |

ENVIRONMENTAL INTEGRATION
| For installations in plants where ambient temperatures are high, the e-Brick power supplies can be housed in an air-conditioned enclosure to ensure sustained performance and long-term reliability. | ![]() |
