GEW Sponsorships and Donations to Charity

The Rainbow Trust Childrens Charity

The charity's 'Christmas Wishes Poster' was displayed in the GEW canteen over the Christmas period. Instead of writing Christmas cards to each other, employees could write their festive messages on the poster and make a donation to the charity. This year a total of £73.50 was raised.

To complement this, and by way of change, all the corporate gifts given to GEW over the previous year were placed in a raffle and tickets were sold to GEW employees. This proved to be very popular, raising a total of £421.00 for the trust.

St. Catherine's Hospice

The charity runs a 'blue bag collection' where people can donate quality saleable items which can be sold in their shops. GEW employees gave generously and a total of £288 was raised.
