GEW UV Lamps are exhaustively tested and developed to ensure a long trouble free life. In the unlikely event of a failure please complete the following form to ensure your claim is processed promptly and efficiently. Claims will only be considered if a fully completed form is submitted through our website.

WARRANTY TERMS: The GEW lamp warranty covers failures caused by defects in manufacture up to 1000 hours usage. GEW lamps are not subject to shelf life restrictions. This warranty applies only when the UV system has been correctly installed, commissioned and serviced in accordance with GEW specifications. It does not cover deterioration in ink curing performance caused by external contamination of the lamp or variability in the curing speed of ink.

TRANSIT DAMAGE: Any claim for transit damage will only be considered if the inner polythene sleeve remains intact. Removal of the lamp from the sleeve voids our transit damage warranty.

IMPORTANT: Please refer to the GEW user manual to ensure the safe handling of broken lamps.

Pro-rata credits will be issued to your account for ALL successful claims.

Replacement lamps can be purchased from our Spares department.

DO NOT RETURN LAMPS TO GEW UNLESS A SALES RETURN ORDER NUMBER (SRO) HAS BEEN ISSUED TO YOU BY GEW.
