GEW offer repair and buyback services across our range of products to those customers who are eligible.
GEW’s Repair and Buyback Scheme enables you to have Power Supply Units (PSUs) repaired or replaced.
GEW also offer Cassette Repair services to customers with faulty cassettes.

Cassette Repair Services
GEW UV cassettes are designed for a decade-long service life when regular maintenance is carried out.
GEW and our service partners offer cassette repair services local to you to bring your used units up to a nearly new standard.

GEW Power Supply Repair Scheme
GEW offers global repairs of RHINO Lite (RLT) power supplies and legacy GEW e-Bricks.
This repair scheme is supported by our worldwide distributor network.

GEW Power Supply Buyback Scheme
When you purchase a new GEW power supply, we will buy back your non-functioning power supplies and collect them for free.
Buyback services are offered globally, via GEW’s distributor network and approved service channels.
