The Reigate Rhinos have rounded off 2019 with a triumphant double win. The Rhinos Men’s Team have scooped Team of the Year at the recent Reigate and Banstead Sports Council Awards Evening. The team started at the bottom of the league some eight years ago but went on to win promotion in seven of those years, culminating in being crowned champions of their group in June 2019 and securing promotion to the National Division for the coming season.
We are delighted to have been part of this success through our sponsorship of the Rhinos. Our congratulations go to team members Andrew Watson, Luke Johnson, Adam Skalsky, James Smith, Samm Butler, Joe Tyler and Graeme Alston.
To add to this, Andrew Watson has been awarded Full County Colours at the Surrey Tennis Annual General Meeting, held at The Wimbledon Club in December. The Award is a great accolade for Andrew in recognition of his long service to the county, having played for Surrey every year since the age of nine.
Andrew has also been a Reigate club member since junior level and has contributed greatly to the Rhinos’ success in the past season
