GEW has released a new wide UV system video to illustrate how industrial coaters can benefit from bespoke UV systems designed by GEW’s Specialist UV Division. The design comprises three 2.5m-wide GEW NUVA2 UV systems powered by the GEW RHINO electronic power supply.
The NUVA2 is a versatile fully air-cooled UV system for web or sheetfed applications in the printing, coating and converting industries. The active aircooling and optically tuned reflectors maximise the lamps curing effect while at the same time reducing heat radiation onto the substrate.
