GEW is proudly sponsoring three local badminton teams, enabling them to compete in the Sussex League. With impressive early successes to show from their first sponsored season in 2017/18, GEW is now helping the club to build upon their strong foundations by renewing this support for the 2018/19 season.
The Dolphin Badminton Club teams are based in Mid Sussex, close to GEW’s UK head office and the sponsorship enables the club to compete at County level by covering the cost of entry fees and match kits.

The teams have had a strong 2017/18 season overall, summarised by Club Chairman Andrew Peart:
“This season Dolphin Badminton Club entered 3 teams into the Mid Sussex Leagues, thanks to the sponsorship of GEW (EC) Ltd. The Men’s A team finished 4th in the first division, securing their position in the top division for another season. Then Men’s B team finished comfortably in third and will aim to improve on this position next season. The Mixed team went unbeaten all season winning 6 from 6 to come first in division 2, earning them promotion to division 1 next season.”
The club can now look forward to taking on the new season with full commitment and can focus on building upon their early successes.
